Live Well Senior Placement operates livewellsp.org. This policy explains what we collect, who we share it with, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

Information you send through our forms

Our contact form collects your name, phone number, email, and a description of your situation. Our Care Navigator collects details that help us find the right fit: the first name, age, and general location of the person who needs care, their care needs, and your own name, phone, and email as the family contact.

Information about your loved one

Much of what you share with us is about someone else, the person who needs care. Please share only what is needed to find the right placement. Care needs you describe, such as dietary or mobility requirements, are used to identify suitable facilities.

Messages you send to Alma

Alma is our AI care navigator. Conversations with her may include care and health details. Messages are processed to generate a reply.

Site usage

We record page views using a random identifier stored in your browser for the length of your visit. It carries no name, no email, and no device fingerprint, and it is discarded when you close the tab. We do not use tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to provide our service:

• Care facilities: when you engage our placement service, we share relevant care needs with the facilities we contact on your behalf. That is how a placement search works, and we share only what the search requires.
• Supabase: stores site data
• Vercel: hosts the website
• Anthropic: processes chat messages so Alma can reply
• Resend: delivers email notifications of your inquiry to our team

We do not sell your personal information.

Reviewing or changing your information

Email livewellseniorplacement@gmail.com or call (951) 470-8015 to see what we hold about you or your loved one, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will post the revised policy on this page with a new effective date at the top.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. This site does not currently respond to it.

How long we keep information

Inquiry and placement records are kept as long as needed to provide our service and meet recordkeeping obligations. Site usage records carry no personal information.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
