Terms of Service

Effective August 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of livewellsp.org, operated by Live Well Senior Placement. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About this site

The site provides information about our senior placement service, a contact form, and an AI care navigator named Alma who can help you describe your situation and explore options. We may change or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

2. Our service, and what it is not

We help families find senior care options. We are not a care provider, and nothing on this site is medical, legal, or financial advice. Facility information can change and is provided for general reference; availability, pricing, and suitability should always be confirmed directly. We do not guarantee that a placement will be available or accepted.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data, interfere with the site’s operation, or use automated means to flood the chat or any form.

4. The AI assistant

Alma’s responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for general information only and are not professional advice. Our full AI Disclaimer forms part of these terms.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Well Senior Placement will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

7. Intellectual property

The site and its content belong to Live Well Senior Placement or its licensors. Please do not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as the site allows.

8. Ending access

We may restrict or end access to the site at any time for violation of these terms or to protect the site and its visitors. Sections 5, 6, 7, and 9 survive.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Before filing any claim, please contact us at livewellseniorplacement@gmail.com and give us thirty days to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the change.
